The room was not bad but very dirty, I had to ask them to clean my room at least 3 times in few hours and to talk with the manager to be able to have a decent and clean room when we arrived , the girl at the reception are incompetent, one of the answer I got from them was I unbelievable « what do you want me to do » this was one of their answers, I felt like I was bothering, like if I got this room for free, they make me change my room 3 times and at the end I just left the hotel cause it was just too much, you can not sleep at night cause of the music and when you complaining about it, poor breakfast very bad experience.
Thanks god I decided to pay at the reception otherwise I would have been stuck there and It will have ruined my stay. Not recommanded at all

They stole my shirt
The worst insult that can befall a hotel that is supposed to be five stars is for a customer to lose his belongings while staying in the hotel or forget an item they have and when he asks about it they tell him that it does not exist!!!
This is what happened to me, as I forgot a shirt of material and moral value to me in my room. When I called them, they said that they did not find anything, even though I am a million times certain that I forgot it there. Unfortunately, with this you are harming the reputation of tourism in a beautiful country like Morocco

Been a solo female traveler, I found it was very safe to be walking around on my own. I live in the UK and personally, this was more comfortable than my hometown. The people were really friendly, prices were really good also. Will definitely go back.

A wonderful city, beautifully situated on the shore of the ocean. Very friendly people. It's worth taking a ride around the city on a small, open-air train and taking a cable car to the top of the mountain. There are many attractions to see, it's worth coming here, I highly recommend it.

There are many attractions around the town, especially for kids. Taxis are quite cheap, but we didn’t manage to find anyone with kids car seats. We had to hold our toddler on our lap all the time. In many places there are fair and fixed prices, however in the shops near the hotel most of the things are fake, shop workers lie about the prices and the quality of the products. For example, I was told that the earrings I like were 18k gold, and that there is no stamp on them not to ruin the gold. When I said that they don’t weigh or look like gold, he admitted that it was stainless steal, but that they “look just like gold and won’t change colour”. The taxi drivers are mostly helpful and tell you the price straight away. We were able to get to the best places based on their recommendation, since many places take advantage of the tourists.

We found Agadir to be a bit crazy for us.
We found Agadir to be a bit crazy for us. The traffic is insane. We admit to not being wildly adventurous and for that reason we can only comment on what we found in Agadir city and Marina, it was very dirty! The Marina area is recommended by lots of websites but we found it to be run-down and dirty. The streets are also dirty, it wasn’t pleasant. Visit Marjan for your food requirements, all smaller supermarkets will rip you off. You must haggle with the taxi drivers and in the Souk!

Oops, numerous restaurants, some of which serve beers, wines and cocktails. But if you want a McDonalds, Pizza Hut, or other simple fast food, often with outdoor seating areas@nd also WiFi, you can find many other cafes and eateries.
There is a wonderful new cable car that Thames you up to the highest point in the old Kasbah from where you will have a panoramic bird’s eye view of the entire beach and city. If you want to take a pleasant petit train ride all around the downtown area, it runs about once an hour for a cost of 30 dirhams per person.
There are many affordable hotels and apartment-hotels in Agadir, and a number of good restaurants, so I always look forward to my trips to Agadir.
Visiting Morocco for the fisrt time with a friend, we spent 5 days here - the hotel is new, staff very friendly and helpful. We mostly talked to Soufiane, I believe a shift manager, who also helped us print out boarding passes.
The room has an aircon, nice balcony, big beds, with hard matraces.
We spent our free time by the pool - one is for kids, one for adults. Good positioning of the hotel - public beach was not far away.
Also finding a nice restaurant in the area near this hotel wasnt a problem.
the waiters, chefs, cooks, barmen, and kitchen staff were all very nice and helpful. 5 stars for them. Food was wonderful, and I love their omelettes and crepes. Also the animations team/ entertainment team were fantastic and super enthusiastic!! The hotel does look very pretty and it has a nice pool. The cleaners were also very helpful. And the garden looks beautiful and well kept. A lot of cute cats and kittens hangout there. Lastly, the bedroom looks very well for a 3 star hotel.
Wonderful holyday hotel with AI catering. Hotel is basic but lovely and garden is really beautiful! I did like a walk to the restaurant - the smell of grass and flowers was romantic. Staff was also attentive and nice only sometimes quite exhausted (maybe they have too long shifts). Food was excellent, vine quite OK. Beach is across the street and also very long promenade. If you like to have fun - there is animation team and shows every night!
Absolutely clean, nice rooms and best rooftop terrace that we’ve seen in morocco. Hostel is located in a small authentic fisherman village close to the beach and surf break (5min walk). What sets it apart is definitely the staff - all staff were striving to ensure that all guests feel comfortable and are hosts at heart. Good breakfast, free soups and tips for local attractions, surfs shops and tours were also a nice-to-have.
Lovely beach property with friendly staff. From reception to cleaning staff to ground staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. I loved the activities like yoga and aqua fit. Jaguar in particular was excellent. Very friendly and warm to everyone young and old. Very close to 4 fabulous restaurants if you’re not all inclusive. Breakfast is included in your stay and was delicious and fresh and tasty. Clean beds. Great showers.
I booked one week at this beautiful hotel but I hade to reduce my visit due to personal reasons. I will definitely come back and can recommend the place to other people no matter if you are traveling alone or with friends, family. They will do whatever they can to do so you have good time. The people working there are so nice people and the service is the best you can get in Morocco
Best thing about the Hotel was the friendliness and co-operation of the staff, everyone was happy and glad to help. In fact this was the main feature of our entre holiday in Morocco, the people are lovely, always trying to help and never grouchy or ill minded. Such a pleasant surprise after coming from the UK where such helpful people are a rarity.
The staff were really friendly, evebody were nice and accommodating especially mrs Ikbal, mr mustapha from the pool bar and mr chakir in the reception
The food was good, a wide variety of dishes
really worth your money
The location was the best of all, the hotel have a direct access to the beach and the view from our room was magnificent
I no longer stay in the hotel for breakfast as they got ride of all the bar staff and there is only one lad that you can talk to as there very low clase staff there at the moment , been there for about 4 years and one of there best guest but will not be staying again and much less eating, domino has kicked them out of the market .
Clean, very welcoming and nice staff, rooms are quite and very comfortable, hotel well equipped and furnished, I loved the animation at the bar every night, it’s adults only so you won’t hear kids screaming, I will repeat for sure! 100% recommendable 5 stars hotel. Perfect for young couples
If you like to experience what it’s really like in Morocco then you must come here the staff are the best I’ve ever had very helpful He went out of his way to do anything for you And when he says that he will pick you up from the airport it’s best to go with him to the hotel
Best value for money in all of agadir
The pool was amazing. I really liked how clean the hotel was.
There is restaurants and breakfast places nearby at a walking distance.
Also free parking is available behind the property.
Overall a nice peaceful stay for cheap.
Perfect for young kids due to heated pool, playground, kids club and proximity to beach. Good food and drinks selection in all inclusive package. Parking easily available right in front of hotel (maybe due to Low season we had absolutely no issue on this).
Fabulous all inclusive hotel, we had such a great time with 3 small kids. Plenty of activity, amazing variety of food, quality entertainment. No need to leave the hotel all week long but we have organized anyway other activities too.
The place has all working , it's nice and clean, pool was ok considering ir was winter, rooms studio had all I needed, cleaning staff was very good, I think it's a good place to stay for a fair price, confortable beds for morocco
My best experience as a guest during entire Morocco trip! Wonderful localization close to the beach, tasty breakfasts on the cosy rooftop and Walid's great hospitality! Thank you for pleasant stay!
